-What is “Crystal COM”?: “Crystal COM” is a electronic product Shop. That sell Asus
Laptop,Computers, and much more electronic products. It is located at base floor in Nagoya hill
in Batam Center.

Why you Must Visit this place?:It is a good shop to buy your electronic needs, and it’s good in
my opinion. For example if you want to buy a gaming laptop. They will give a High quality
laptop for you at affordable price and also they will install softwate that you need for free if you
buy laptop from this shop, which is rare to found this kind of service in other shops. Usually you
have install the program you need by manually when you bought the laptop, but in this placethey
offer the service for free.

2. Pujasera-Orchid Park

PUJASERA-Orchid Park

-What is this place?: Pujasera Orchid Park is one of FoodCourt in batam that you can visit to
eat meals in morning to afternoon, it is located inside orchid park Resident near park.

-Why you must visit this place?:In my opinion this place is good most of foods at there are
delicious and affordable price ,also this place also near Barber’s shop so you can have a haircut
after meal or meal after hair cut.

3.Coffee Town

Coffee Town at the 5th Floor at BCS

Why BCS?: because it is the busiest mall in Batam.

Why Coffee Town?: Because it’s mostly everyone’s favorite place to eat, drink coffee, do
meetups with someone or just hangout in general and their prices are affordable for anyone from
students to regular people on a budget.

What is Interesting and Unique: It is one of the hotspots in BCS where people go to find food
for a reasonable cost and good quality. They have a wide variety of choices from traditional food
to steaks and beef, and recently they have a bakery which sells cakes and bread if customers
want to buy them.

Recommendation: Coffee Town is a good place to rest ,eat ,or just sit down and talk over a cup
of tea, coffee or just plain milk for a low cost from Rp.5000-8000 depending on what you buy.
Not to mention their extensive array of food from which you can buy ranging from cakes, bread,
regular food and even beef and steak.

4.Studio 21

Studio 21 in BCS

Why Studio 21?: because it’s one of the only theaters in Batam and

Why the BCS branch?: Because it’s usually the most crowded of all the branches and it’s the
only one remaining with an arcade to pass the time while waiting for your movie to play or just
to pass the time in general.

What is Interesting and Unique: Besides it being one of the most popular movie theaters on the
Island, there is not much to say about it other than it comes equipped with an arcade section for
people who are bored while waiting, a waiting area in front of the studios and a food stand to get
your popcorn, drinks, snacks and even nacho chips and pancakes.

Recommendation: Studio 21 is the place you want to go when you’re in Batam, because it is the
only movie theater with complete facilities to enjoy from arcades to food stands and even
waiting areas to wait for your movies to play.

5. Ayam Goreng Kremes & Bakso

Ayam Goreng Kremes & Bakso

Q : What is Ayam Goreng Kremes & Bakso?

A : Ayam Goreng Kremes & Bakso is a small family restaurant that available in BCS Mall
at the 2nd floor.

Q : Why do you recommended this place?

A : Ayam Goreng Kremes & Bakso’s food and service are really good in my opinion, plus
the price at eating there aren’t really high so it’s a good place to hang-out and also to eat
delicious food.

6. GIOS Crepes

Gios Crepes

Q : What is Gios Crepes?

A : Gios Crepes is a small stand that sells a snack that well known in Japan named:
Crepes. This stand is located in front of JC Supermarket in ground level of BCS Mall.

Q : Is there any other branch beside BCS?

A : So far from my experience, Mega Mall at Batam Centre, Harbor Bay, Nagoya Hill, DC
Mall and other mall doesn’t have this kind of stand. Which made it to be the ONLY one
in Batam that sell Crepes.

Q : Why did you recommend this stand?

A : Basically if you want to taste and eat a crepes that well-known in Japan, this is the
stand where you can get it with a reach-able price even though it’s the only stand in
Batam so far. To be truth crepes is quite delicious in my opinion that’s why I want
everyone to experience this kind of snack. They got various kind of flavor, my favorite
is Nutella-Cheese which is quite good in my opinion.

7.Mitra Raya 2

Q: What is Mitra Raya 2?

A: Mitra Raya 2 is a new market located right next to the Seruni Indah complex.

Q: Why you must visit this place?

A: Because this market sells a variety of item that are quite complete starting from food
ingredients, home furniture and various types of food. In addition, this market is also quite clean
compared to the markets I have visited before.

8.A2 Food Court

Q: What is A2 Food Court?

A: A2 is a foodcourt located near BCS mall.

Q: Why you must visit this place?

A: in my opinion this place provides a variety food choices, ranging from various kinds of
seafood, chicken dishes, regional dishes and vegetarian food. The price offered is also quite
affordable, making this place a must-visit.
