Green Architecture Meets Collaborative Design

The green architectural design process begins with careful consideration of earth, culture, and
community. Over the course of 30 years working with clients locally and across the globe, we
have refined an approach to collaborative modern design built on the values of inspiration,
sustainability, community, and ecological responsibility. Through our work, our team of
architects based in Philippines, USA and Canada, strive to foster positive human relationships
and a closer connection with nature.

BACKGROUND

CONSTRUÍR was founded in Pasay City, Manila in 1980, and has expanded into a regional
architecture firm servicing the needs of companies across the globe. We have been recognized as
the top architectural firm in Philippines in year 2016 by Hoppler.

HEAD ARCHITECT
She oversees the technical application design,
construction and implementation for all accounts
and projects to ensure code reuse, high margins
and efficient staff utilization.

FAYE DIANNE SERRANO

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
She supervises and directs various operations within a
building project.She ensures that a project is
completed safely, making sure the project runs on time
and within the allocated budget allowance. Her role is
to help on the process of preliminary planning early in
the project and helps with aspects such as selecting
the architect and contractor.

GILLIAN LOU GUTIERREZ

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
She supervises both design and construction processes
from site preparation to building completion. Reviewing
building plans, preparation of construction contracts,
cost estimate based on equipment, materials and labor
requirements and scheduling of the building process are
part of the work of the manager.
MA. ALLYSA BORLAZA
SENIOR PROJECT ARCHITECT
She is responsible for developing architectural
designs, as well as approving the final draft of
project plans; this involves working closely with the
client to ensure that their needs are met and any
concerns are addressed. She monitors project progress
throughout the project to ensure that all deliverables
and timelines are being met within budget.

MARIELLA VERON MAPAYE

SENIOR PROJECT ARCHITECT
She oversees the technical application design,
construction and implementation for all accounts

FLORENCE VILLAVERDE
SENIOR PROJECT ARCHITECT
She is in charge in design buildings and make sure
they are structurally sound, and she also serve as
manager, mentor, advisor and coordinator. She
guides her team, but she also works with clients
and company leaders to ensure the overall success
of a project.
LEI EGENIAS
HEAD ENGINEER
He provides technical support to contractors and review
procedures submitted by contractors to ensure compliance
with schedules, standards and specifications. He
interprets and resolves questions regarding designs,
codes and specifications, as directed by the Project
Manager. He provides technical assistance to
Construction Superintendent, General Superintendent, and
Supervisors when requested. Prepares field purchase
requisitions and procures construction material.
