At the end of the lesson, the students are expected to:
A. Identify the physical properties of metal, non-metal & semi-metal.
B. Locate metals, non-metals & metalloids in the periodic table of elements.

H. GENERALIZATION

chart called the periodic table. The location of each
element in the periodic table is based on its
properties. One of the ways the periodic table
groups the elements is to separate them into metals,
nonmetals, and metalloids.
