Case No. 4 OSPA CONSTRACTION: ILL BE BACK
November 9, 2018

Narrative output

1. Do you think the situation is hopeless for Ofella?

No , I think the situation is still not hopeless Ofella because she has not
yet able to do some strategies to get the employee motivated to work well.
Since the employees are not motivated, Ofella must instil the goals of the
company so that employee will have direction on what really the organization
is trying to achieve. The problem is within the proper management of the
people inside the organization and so the solution should also focus on how to
get the employees back on their motivation.

2. What will be your advice to her?

I advise her not to go back to her old work. Even though the work on
her aunt is somewhat harder than her previous work, still being exposed to a
bigger picture of the company’s goal and objectives and having a challenging
kind of environment will make her become more competitive and flexible that
she can able to used in the future. If she can surpass on this challenges and
make her aunt company better, its an achievement for herself and a part of a
training for herself too.

Case No. 5 HIT AND MISS MANUFACTURING; A star is born
November 9, 2018

Narrative output

1. What errors have been committed be the committee members? By the

President?
The error was that the committee are not always complete in their
attendance for every meeting and it happened that the final output that the
committee made was not approved by the accountant since he was always
absent in the succeeding meetings. The committee was not able to devote
their time on their work and it turn out that cooperation is not present inside
the organization. The error made by the president is he object the final output
just based only on what is the report of his accountant which is wrong
because as a president he should have the entire operation well managed
and hands on.

2. Who should be held responsible for the errors?

I think all are responsible from the president down to the committee
because there is no cooperation at all inside the organization. But the
president is the one who have most held responsible for his subordinates in
order to guide them and bring them closer or build smooth relationship
between the group. It his task to set goals and motivate them as well.
