Filipino citizens, and residents of and with postal address at Candelaria, Zambales,
do hereby NAME, APPOINT and CONSTITUTE, PRISCILA F. LUCIDO, of legal age,
Filipino, and a resident of and with postal address at Sta. Ines West, Sta. Ignacia,
Tarlac, to be our true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT for us and in our name, place
and stead to do and perform the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To submit our documents: FORM 137-A; CERTIFICATE OF GRADUATION;

DIPLOMA in DepEd for Red Ribbon purposes;

2. To get, receive our RED RIBBON DOCUMENTS: CERTIFICATE OF

GRADUATION; DIPLOMA in DFA;

3. To sign, execute any and all documents necessary to carry into effect the
foregoing acts and things.

HEREBY GIVING and GRANTING unto our said Attorney-in-fact full

power and authority to do whatever necessary act and things to be done
in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as we might
or could do if personally present, and he reby RATIFYING and CONFIRMING
all that our said Attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue of these presents.
