THOUSAND PESOS (₱149,000.00), Philippine Currency, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged to my entire satisfaction, I hereby SELL, TRANSFER, AND CONVEY, by
way of Absolute Sale unto MICHAEL A. FERNANDEZ, Filipino, of legal age, and a
resident of Blk 6 Lot 36 Honesty St., Capitol Villas, Carangian, Tarlac City, the above
described motor vehicle, free from all liens and encumbrances.
I hereby warrant that said motor vehicle is still mortgaged with MITSUBISHI
MOTORPHILS CORP., with remaining balance of ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED TEN
THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FOURTEEN PESOS (₱1,610,414.00), with monthly
amortization amounting to THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND NINE PESOS (₱35,009.00),
payment due every 21st of the month and that I will defend the title and rights of the
VENDEE from any claims of whatever kind or nature from third persons. With obligation
as follows:
 Yearly renewal of insurance
 Yearly LTO Registration
