LESSON PLAN IN ENGLISH (Grade 7)

I. OBJECTIVES

At the end of the lesson, the students must be able to:


1. Identify and classify the four (4) kinds of sentences-- Declarative, Interrogative,
Imperative, and Exclamatory sentence according to their uses.
2. Familiarize in the punctuation marks used in each type of sentences.
3. Construct Declarative, Interrogative, Imperative, and Exclamatory sentences.
4. Develop and show genuine love for reading, cooperation and cleanliness.

The class will be divided into five (5) groups. Each group will choose their respective leader. In a one
(1) whole sheet of paper, every member of the groups will construct their own sentences according to
use.

 Enrichment Activity (Role Play)

Act a scene that shows emotions using the different kinds of sentences.

VI. EVALUATION

Direction: Identify the following sentences. Write DE for Declarative, IM for Imperative, IN for
Interrogative, and EX for Exclamatory. Write your answer on the blank before each number.

VII. ASSIGNMENT

Direction: On a short bond paper, write a short story about your experiences either bad or good using
sentences according to use.
