Abstract:

Engineers learn the new tools and theories of engineering, yet their successful
application requires new methods of management.

This course is designed for anyone in business involved in the Optimization,

the Continuous Improvement and the Business Transformation.
This course is a 360 approach to learn about the implication of system
management at all organizational stages in businesses: the strategic, tactical
and operational stages.
It offers a description of the prevailing style of management with suggestion
for better practice. This introductory course describes the concept of a system
and introduces the theory of profound knowledge which provides a lens
through which to understand and optimize the organizations that we work in.
In addition to the theoretical content, the training course includes simulations
and group exercises that are designed to practice the learnings about the
improvement planning methods and to use the measuring tools for process
wastes and variations.
