All need to become acquainted with that most wonderful of all organisms:
The human body.

SKIN LUNGS/KIDNEY SKELETAL MUSCLE COLON/LIVER BLOOD LYMPHATIC

1. Pure air, sunlight, abstemiousness, rest, exercise, proper diet, the use of
water, and trust in divine power---these are the true remedies.
2. Too little attention is generally given to the preservation of health.
3. The use of natural remedies requires an amount of care and effort that
many are NOT willing to give.

GODLY TRUST:
Pray for God’s will to be done and do not insist on healing. If or when He heals,
most important is that He desires to save every living soul: To all who give their
full allegiance to Him.
“Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In
all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” Proverbs 3:5-6.
OPEN AIR:
Breathe fresh outdoor air. Keep correct posture as you take 20 deep breaths
outdoors or near an open window 2 to 4 times per day.
“For how can the servants of this my Lord talk with this my lord? For as for me,
straightway there remained no strength in me, neither is there breath left in me.”
Daniel 10:17.
DAILY EXERCISE:
Get a minimum of 20-30 minutes and up to 10 miles [16.1 kilometers] of walking
dailyExercise produces brain substances [Endorphins] that are like medicine.
“But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount
up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and
not faint.” Isaiah 40:31.

Allow adequate exposure of the face and arms for 20 to 30 minutes daily. Avoid
the sun as much as possible between hours of 10am and 4pm, as it reduces the

“The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the
strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?” Psalm 27:1.
PROPER REST:
Establish regularity, routine, order, and predictability of daily activities.
Then the apostles gathered to Jesus and told Him all things, both what they had
done and what they had taught. And He said unto them, “Come aside by
yourselves to a deserted place and rest a while.” Mark 6:31.
LOTS OF WATER:
Water is a cleanser and healer used externally and internally. Upon rising in the
morning, two cups of warm or room temperature water is very helpful.
“Draw thee waters for the siege, fortify thy strong holds...” Nahum 3:14.
ALWAYS TEMPERATE:
Avoid any substance or practice which is harmful. Use the things which are
permissible with moderation.
“Wine is a mocker, strong drink is a brawler, and whoever is led astray by it is not
wise.” Proverb 20:1.
NUTRITION:
Diet should be totally free from all flowing fats, other than coconut oil and
essential fats such as evening primrose oil, flaxseed oil, hemp seed oil, etc… All
refined sugars, chemical additives, spices [Not Herbs], and vinegar should be
omitted.
