Enrolment for Semester 2 2018 will be done using paper enrolment forms. Please see your
Academic Head of Programme or Programme Administrator for enrolment advice.

 Students transferring from other schools and seeking cross credits for previous study should
seek advice on course selection from their Academic Head of Programme. Cross-credits
should be applied for at the beginning of your study.

 New students should refer to the Individual Learning Management Plan guides that are
available for their programme.

 Enrolment for Stage 2 and Stage 3 courses will only be approved if there is evidence you
have completed the prerequisites. If you plan to apply for a cross-credit for a prerequisite,
please see your Academic Head of Programme as soon as possible.

 Stage 1 tutorial streams are closed off at 20 students; approval is given on a “first-come-first-
served basis”. Please note: Some streams may be programme specific or have programme

Notes
1. These workshops are compulsory. If you miss one for whatever reason, your AHOP will contact you
and instruct you to make it up by attending a later run of the same workshop. Workshops for
latecomers (see below) can be attended by those who missed a workshop too.
2. All new intake students must (i) attend both the “APA referencing skills” and “Avoiding plagiarism”
workshops, and (ii) take and pass the “Good referencing” test. (If you fail the test, you can retake it
until you pass; however, you cannot submit any assessment online until you have passed it.)
3. The workshops below are the compulsory ones. The Study Skills Advisor also conducts regular free
optional workshops on various other aspects of studying in New Zealand, including reading skills,
