ENTERPRENEUR. He took special interest in Pharmaceuticals and to gain hand-on experience
in field operations, he started pharma selling career in an Indian Multinational Company. After
spending 3 years, Mr. Ghai left the job and started his own Pharmaceutical company under the
name and style of GREFITH LIFE SCIENCES PVT. LTD. His foresight, broader outlook,
conceptual and leadership skills are successfully steering the group in the right direction in
accordance with company vision.

MS. SHIVINDER KAUR,

Director

Ms. Kaur is an experienced Pharmaceutical marketing professional. She has spent quite a
number of years in a Japanese Multinational Pharmaceutical giant as a Regional Sales Head for
critical care products.
In addition to being a Director of GREFITH LIFE SCIENCES PVT. LTD., Ms. Kaur solely
manages and controls GALICE LABORATORIES PVT. LTD., a 100% subsidiary of GREFITH
LIFE SCIENCES, the parent company. GALICE is totally engaged in marketing formulations
exclusively used in the treatment of critically ill patients, being promoted by a separate team of
field force.

MANUFACTURING

We have a state-of-art world class manufacturing facilities at Nalagarh in the state of Himachal
Pradesh which are large enough to meet requirements of our customers. The plant is equipped
with modern machines and advanced technologies, conforming to GMP guidelines.

We have a very strong QUALITY ASSURANCE department which constantly monitors quality
of every Batch produced, before the same is delivered to customers. We strictly adopt GMP
guidelines in order to meet the high standard of quality.
Warehousing is very important aspect of Pharmaceutical drug formulations. Finished
formulations are stored in a clean, hygienic and well-equipped warehouse, having all modern
infrastructure.

To meet the growing demand and the projected production requirement, a state-of-art
manufacturing facilities, where the entire product portfolio of three divisions of the company will
be manufactured, are being set- up at Hansa Industrial Park, Derabassi (Punjab).The
manufacturing plant will become operational by December 2014. Till such time, manufacture of
Grefith’s entire product portfolio of three divisions is being carefully outsourced from
manufacturing units holding WHO-GMP Certification.
