"As long as the government is perceived as working for the benefit

of the children, the people will happily endure almost any

curtailment of liberty and almost any deprivation."
Mein Kampf, Adolf Hitler

In such a light the following deprivations and atrocities must be viewed.

1- Notes
This is an except of an article on unlawfulness, unconstitutionality and amorality of
the criminal acts by state judges, county prosecutors, "Child Services" agencies and
other officials to maximize their financial profits through using Title IV-D (42 US Code
651 et seq.) incentives from US federal government which destroys families and
children's lives while fraudulently siphoning the tax payers' money into their own
coffers, while leaving hundreds of thousands, if not million, of children without their
fathers and mothers.

This response is to the boasts by states officials, courts and county prosecutors who
brag about their (criminal and amoral actions) increasing the "child support" collection.
Specifically, it was written to refute and respond to Bruce A. Wells, Elkhart county
deputy prosecutor, Indiana, USA.

[N.B. The only parts in this article that pertain only to the state of Indiana alone are the 3
specific figures of 33.4%. 22.2% and 22.2% profit shares of the county prosecutors,
court's and counties' general budgets. The rest, in one shape or form, are applicable to
all states of the US.]

Although the term "child support" is whimsically used by the officials, what they are
concerned about is NOT the support for the affected children, but the support that
courts, state officials and agencies help themselves to fraudulently under the false
pretense of supporting children. Hence, in refusing to dignify their false and misleading
terms, this article uses quotation marks in referring to the said money collections as
"child support".

See the statistics below and also follow the links in the file For further evidence,
government statistics and reports confirming the said crimes, profiteering and the
damage to children and families by the perpetrators
-----

2- The Damage to the Family and Children And Crimes By

Officials and Judiciary

i - that he [the county prosecutor] boasts about "child support" collection (which is for
public consumption), but he does not mention the $$100,000,000.00s federal incentive
profit (in addition to and on top of "child support" payments) they (the share of his
prosecutor's office is 34% of the profit, the share of the courts that decide custody and
support is 22.2% of the profit and the share of the share of the counties' general budget
is also 22.2% of the profit) and the state receive for which he and his office:

A) destroy families;

B) remove parents (mainly fathers) from their children's lives.

C) unlawfully and fraudulently criminalise fathers.

D) violate the laws and constitutions of Indiana and the US.

E) falsely and deliberately harass and imprison innocent parents (mainly fathers) in
order that each time his office's action is chalked off as an "enforcement" case for which
they receive federal profits.

F) conspire with judges, state officials and CPS (all of these PERPETRATORS
financially benefit from the profits) and entice and/or coerce mainly greedy mothers, to
create fatherless children and destroyed families.

G) their destruction, for greed, of families results in higher damage and crime rates in
and by children of such families and the additional tax and expense on the society (see
figures below.).

H) fraudulently utilise the federal incentive programme (originally meant for poor and
low income families and single-parent homes) to deprive middle class families of their
children and remove their fathers from the children's lives for profit.

I) ...

ii- Nor does he mention that on top of the incentive profit he and his office receive to
supposedly enforce "child support" payments, they even (fraudulently and criminally)
keep a lot of the "child support" money that "non-custodial" parents paid them for their
children. Only, that the "child support" money he and his office take from "non-custodial"
parents is never given to, nor reaches the intended children!

All these acts that he and his office of county prosecutor carry out are not only
unconstitutional, unlawful and fraudulent, but they are also amoral.

3- Pre-amble to the Links to Supporting Evidence, Statistics and

Reports

"Child Support" ("CS") Enforcement Kickbacks/incentive under Title IV-D, US

Code 42 USC 651 et seq. of Social Security Act ("SSA") that
unconstitutionally establishes legalised kidnapping of children, destruction
of families and incarceration of parents (almost exclusively, fathers)
fraudulently for the federal incentive (below) money handed by the US
federal government to its 50 states (state government, courts, county
prosecutors and counties) as part of a social engineering programme to
remove fathers from families in order for the state to exert control of
children. The third group of links below indicate the incentive kickback to
perpetrate such atrocities. The “incentive” payments are in addition to the
reimbursement of the cost of administering per case the collection
programme. No doubt to say in order to collect as much incentive money as
possibles (i.e. trap as many families in the web of this programme), the
states, their officials, counties, courts, judges (who issue the orders, at the
very least, in conflict of interest as they themselves benefit from the
incentive and orders they issue against families), county prosecutors, et al.,
violate the laws and constitutions and commit crimes and conspiracy to
perpetrate such entrapment. hence, many innocent children and families
destroyed and parents criminalised in violation of their human and
constitution rights. For a small sample of many cases of such criminal
atrocities by officials and judiciary see
http://corruptusjudicialsystem.org/#Announcements,%20News%20&
%20Information and http://corruptusjudicialsystem.org/#Submit%20YOUR
%20Cases%20Of%20
Corruption%20&%20Misconduct%20By%20Judges . Since November
2007, the US has sought to stealthily expand this draconian and amoral
regime worldwide under the guise of “child welfare” and through the
November 2007 Amendment to the Hague International Convention
whereby citizens of other countries while in their own countries will be
subject to US laws and liable to be arrested, extradited and brought
before US courts (which are invariably corrupt and have conflict of
interest in such matters). [This, in addition to destroying families
everywhere, also implies the expansion of US jurisdiction into and
encroachment upon other nations' sovereignty.] To help oppose this
destructive move by the US, see the petition to prevent other countries
from signing and ratifying this destructive Amendment.

Children reared by a divorced or never-married mother are less cooperative and score
lower on tests of intelligence than children reared in intact families. Statistical analysis of
the behavior and intelligence of these children revealed "significant detrimental effects "
of living in a female-headed household. Growing up in a female-headed household
remained a statistical predictor of behavior problems even after adjusting for differences
in family income.

"Even controlling for variations across groups in parent education, race and other child
and family factors, 18- to 22-year-olds from disrupted families were twice as likely to
have poor relationships with their mothers and fathers, to show high levels of emotional
distress or problem behavior, [and] to have received psychological help."

A 1988 Department of Health and Human Services study found that at every income
level except the very highest (over $50,000 a year), children living with never-married
mothers were more likely than their counterparts in two-parent families to have been
expelled or suspended from school, to display emotional problems, and to engage in
antisocial behavior.
