customization

Searching criteria as equipment and plant are defaulted from the plan you are
creating
You can put other searching criteria to minimize your searching result
Example:
You schedule a maintenance plan with a monthly cycle(for scheduling, one
month is always 30 days long in the standard system).

Key date

Next planned date: 04/11/2012 ->Always on the 4th of the month

Note:
If you did not enter the start of cycle date in the previous step system will pup up
screen and you have to enter it before saving data

Once the maintenance plan has been deactivated you cannot schedule it in the
future and always system will display message “Function not possible as
scheduling currently locked”.
Follow the following steps once you need to reactivate the maintenance plan
again to be used in other exercises.

Call horizon The call horizon determines when a maintenance call object, for example, a
maintenance order should be generated for a maintenance call

then the system generates call objects for the calls waiting up to the

T-Code IP30 used for scheduling multiple maintenance plans because system
allow you to select range of Maintenance Plan,Maintenance Plan cat or
Maintenance strategies to schedule
Another difference between IP10 and IP30 is, in IP30 first order will be actually
generated immediately regardless the plan start date or the horizon period.
