Comments: Ms Seach demonstrated effective classroom management techniques to ensure a


safe and supportive learning environment for her students. She demonstrated good
knowledge of the need to ensure students followed consistent routines to ensure the smooth
operation of the classroom. Ms Seach also attended a workshop on Bill Rogers to explore
different approaches to classroom management.

Comments: Ms Seach provided necessary feedback to students to support


their learning during the lesson and for the final semester examination. She
