2. Program Overview

Here is a system for fish meat designed by SUN company.

The fish meat is cut and mixed at the cutting tank, then pumped into horizontal screw

centrifuge to become the high purity condition, the cutted fish meat is pumped into

scraper concentrator from the horizontal storage tank to get the high content

concentrated liquid, and the concentrated liquid is transported into vacuum belt drier

from the concentrated liquid storage tank, then the fish powder come out from the

other side of the vacuum belt drier.
