Objetives
The Master’s in English Linguistics: New
Applications and International Communi-
cations (MLINACI), with a Quality Award,
is aimed at professionals and future
professionals who wish to go into either
the world of research in English Linguis-
tics, the use of ICT and its application to
teaching-learning English, or to specialise
in international and intercultural communi-
cations.
The fundamental objectives according to
each speciality module are:
• To train researchers in English Lin-
guistics, future doctors and university
teachers.
• To train specialists in various areas of
information technology and its applica-
tions to teaching-learning English.
• To train professionals in intercultural
communications and translation.
Tarjet
Graduates in English Philology, English
Studies, Translation and Interpretation.
Certified Level of English C1 (Common
European Framework of Reference for
Languages). Consideration will also be
given to: academic record (40 points),
curriculum vitae (30 points), knowledge
of languages certified by official entities
(10 points) and other merits (20 points).

Structure
The Master’s Degree is composed of modules

• Core Training Module:
12 compulsory ECTS
• Specific Training Module:
36 elective ECTS
• Final Project Module:
12 compulsory ECTS
Students must complete 60 ECTS: 2 com-
pulsory subjects, 6 electives and the Final
Year Project.
There is no definition by itineraries, there-
fore students may obtain their elective
credits by choosing among the elective
subjects offered, according to their
training needs and future professional
orientation.
