Student Registration Form
A platform for students to learn about and apply for Universities
and scholarships for better education opportunities.

Note: Submission of this form doesn’t automatically guarantee the award of admission/scholarship .

Eligibility:
Students having at least 65% marks in Matric/Intermediate are eligible to apply for the NEC.

Instructions to fill out the form:

 Fill the form in BLOCK LETTERS
 Fill in the form using a black pen
 Write your name and date of birth on the back of each photograph
 Fill the form completely. Incomplete forms will not be processed
 Submit all the required supporting documents (listed below) with your application form.
Applications without complete documents will not be processed. No further reminder will be given to you.
 The application form, along with all the required supporting documents, should reach the
NEC Office latest by December 31, 2018.

Please mail all the required supporting documents (mentioned below) along with the application
form in a Single Envelope to the mailing address given below:

Checklist of Required Documents:
 Two attested, latest, passport size photographs
 Attested copy academic documents (attestation should be from your school)
 Attested copy of computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) of your parents/guardian
 Income certificates of all earning members of the family – this includes latest salary slip
for salaried persons (father/mother/brothers/sisters), pension books for retired, income
affidavit for self-employed or businessperson and a certificate/other proof in case of any
other income (visit www.nec.org.pk for sample affidavit).
 Utility bills (latest) – electricity, gas, phone, water.

Please note only shortlisted candidates will be required to provide more financial documents/
information to carry the process further.
