WORLD TEACHER’S DAY NARRATIVE REPORT

Introduction

Teaching is the noblest profession. Every teacher shall manifest

genuine enthusiasm and pride in teaching as a noble calling. Last October
5, 2015, Salvacion Elementary School has successfully celebrated the
culmination of the World Teacher’s Day with the theme: “Empowering
Teachers, Building Sustainable Societies”.

On October 5, 2015, 8 a.m, the culmination was held at the school

level with the help of the student-teachers and the pupils who leaded the
very special program to honor the school teachers. Recca Tecson, a grade-
6 pupil was the master of ceremony. A welcome address was rendered by
the Brgy. Captain, Hon. Romulo C. Mondejar. There was a dance number
given, and a song offered for the school teachers by the pupils from grades
1-6. After the presentations rendered by the pupils, a video presentation
was given by the student-teachers. It shows what bonding do teachers and
pupils have. After the video presentation, John Carlo Tecson, a grade-6
pupil gives his message to the teachers.

The most exciting part was the giving of flowers and gifts from the
pupils by grade level to all teachers. The program was ended through
community singing, "The Climb".

After the program, all teachers went to the principals' office and
continue the celebration together with the student-teachers. The
celebration was very enjoyable and successful.
