    Nurul Jannatul Wahidah has been selected to attend the second Asia Pacific Youth Exchange program in Thailand from July 17-30, 2017 based on her commitment to the United Nations sustainable development goals.     LETTER OF RECOGNITION AND REQUEST FOR SUPPORT

    Dear Nurul Jannatul Wahidah,

    Urban Youth Academy in cooperation with UNDP, UNEP, UNV, UNFPA, UNESCAP, ILO,
    UNESCO, UNICEF, UN- Women, Asian Development Bank (ADB), AIESEC International
    are delighted to invite:
    Nurul Jannatul Wahidah

    As a delegate to the second Asia Pacific Youth Exchange (APYE) program, which will be
    held in Thailand from 17th to 30th of July 2017. She has been selected based on her
    commitment and engagement related to United Nations’ sustainable development goals
    (SDGs). She is chosen to make important contributions to the region’s biggest youth
    exchange on SDGs.

    Young people in the Asia and the Pacific region represent a crucial stakeholder group
    whose potentials are yet to be harnessed. APYE is an International Program aims to
    empower youth to achieve SDGs. Our program has been held internationally in South
    Korea, Philippines and Thailand since 2016. This time, APYE Thailand 2017 is hosted by
    Urban Youth Academy and organized by GlobalACT Co., Ltd. The program will be the
    perfect training ground to encourage engagement and investment in these young people.
    The participants will work with the local communities to build sustainable social enterprise
    models to assist in achieving SDGs.

    Young people such as Nurul Jannatul Wahidah will demonstrate powerfully that the next
    generation can contribute towards the achievement of the SDGs for a sustainable world and
    this and the next generations. APYE is also an international stage in which governments,
    civil society and other crucial participating stakeholders will get to see and hone the
    potential of APYE delegates.

    We thank you for your cooperation and support to make it possible for Nurul Jannatul
    Wahidah to come and join APYE.
