All matter may it be the body or in the
outside world comprises the 4 Elements
and they are IMPERMANENT, subjected
to change depending on conditions.

All that is IMPERMANENT is unsatisfactory.

Attaching or Clinging to things that change


will lead to Dukkha or Suffering.

There is no permanent ‘I’ or ‘Me’ in the
body. Upon death, the body decays, the
elements dissipate.

MIND is more important than Body.
Our true wealth and possession lies
in the MIND … our Kamma and the
Dhamma we have realized.

Wise Ones live most Righteously,
following The Noble - Fold Way that
leads to true Peace, Happiness
and Freedom.
