AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, BOY TAGA, of legal age, Filipino, and with address at No. 4A

Montojo Street, Brgy. Tejeros, Makati City, after having been duly sworn
to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:

I am the private complainant in the case filed before

METROPOLITAN TRIAL COURT, Branch 65, Makati City in CRIM. CASE NO.
111222 entitled People of the Philippines vs. BOY TOPAK for Violation of
Batas Pambansa Bilang 22.

I am no longer interested in the further prosecution of the case

against the said accused considering that the filing of this case arose out
of misunderstanding and misapprehension of facts.

I am requesting this Honorable Office that the above-mentioned

case be dismissed.

I execute this Affidavit of Desistance to attest as to the truth of

the foregoing facts and circumstances, to support the permanent
dismissal of this case and for whatever legal purposes it may serve.
