URGENT MOTION
MOTION TO REDUCE BAILBOND

UNDERSIGNED accused, unto this Honorable Court respectfully moves and

states, that:

1. The bail recommended for my provisional liberty is set to seventy-two

thousand pesos (PhP72,000.00).

2. I am just a barber and my wife has no work.

3. I can’t afford the PhP72,000.00 bail recommended for my provisional

liberty.

4. I am asking the Honorable Court to reduce the bail for my provisional

liberty to thirty thousand pesos (PhP30,000.00).

5. I and my wife have two (2) children with no source of income while I am
in jail.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed of this

Honorable Court that the bail recommended for my provisional liberty be
REDUCED to PhP30,000.00.

Other relief as may be just, proper and equitable under the premises are
likewise prayed for.
