RE: They are stealing our lands and stifling our creativity to weaken us further to remain their
slaves
Tay, let me describe the DENR which you have inherited from the wicked past administrations.
As inherited from past administration, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources
(DENR) does not pass our rating for it to remain in existence. Either it shall be reformed or
dismantled.
For I accuse DENR for the following acts which to us, Sovereign People of the Philippines, are
crimes against the Environment, against mother Earth, against the poor in particular and against
Humanity in general, to wit:
1. The manner DENR handless or manages the Government Land (53% of the total land area
of the Philippines) is not satisfactory because it is kept wild and forested and conducive as
hideouts of NPAs and politician’s goons and other criminal groups many of them are being
secretly supported and cuddled by politicians; We want all forest to be turned into clean
National Park where the trees are preserved or replaced by fruit trees while the inside of
the forest is clean and clear, e.g., planted with vermudas, et al. We want it cleaned like
national parks so that although full of big trees, the inside will not be an easy hide outs for
rebels and criminals.
2. DENR has done nothing to reduce the number of rebels and criminals whose main reason
for their becoming rebels and criminals are the lack of source of livelihood, such as land.
DENR should start giving these rebels and criminals at least 5 hectares each in the forest,
for them to convert into integrated orchard (fruit tree plantations), crop fields, vegetable
gardens, residence, etc. And then, they will become the first batch of trustworthy
guardians and developers of the forests. Then, no more wicked politicians can continue in
his power because he will lose his Lost Commands goons and criminal gangs. And the
rebels themselves will return to the mainstream of peaceful citizenry once they have the
most reliable means of providing for their families, the land!
3. DENR stifles the citizens’ creativity (growth towards becoming like their Creator God).
DENR is performing a lousy job at supporting the awakening of the people and the children
into becoming powerful independent un-slave-able thinkers through the unhindered
 development of the individual’s creativity. The land of at least 5 hectares is the best
avenue for a man and his family to develop their creativity as they convert the wilderness
into the most beautiful and most productive farm-home they can! THE ROAD TO SLAVERY
STARTS AT A STIFLED CREATIVITY. To continue to enslave the people, keep them mentally
suppressed, their creativity stifled. Hence, DENR is a tool for slavery of the people by the
evil ones.
4. DENR prohibits the use of river and sea pebbles for home landscaping purposes or
children’s creativity projects. In the past, pebbles and sand were speedily exhausted
because of greed of the businessmen, not because of creative landscapers or homemakers
getting a few cans of pebbles to beautiful their gardens and yards. It was GREED, not
CREATIVITY. Now, as the environment suffers, the government prohibited all kinds of use,
but in secret let the some businessmen secretly steal the sand just like what the mayor in
Inabanga, Bohol, has been doing to its seashore sand, resulting to the ongoing loss of the
white sand in Lawis, Inabanga, and other adjacent coastal barangays. So, GREED continues
to operate despite the prohibition by DENR. But the Dark Force gains by stifling the
creativity of the people, so that in the end, the people will no longer know how to think,
the best state of slavery! In prohibiting all and any use of other natural resources that can
help hasten the blooming of creativity among the people, DENR has become foolish and a
trademarked connivance to the Dark Force in their agenda to stifle the creativity of the
people and their ability to think. Therefore, in its present structure and works, DENR is a
tool of the evil ones, not a friend of the people.
5. DENR commits a tremendous injustice and wicked crime against the people in the fact that
instead of distributing the remaining 53% of the country’s land among the landless people
for care and cultivation, with special preference to the thousands of our people who are in
the city squatters, and those sleeping under the bridges and in the cemeteries, DENR has
secretly leased a huge portion of this undistributed 53% among the prominent families of
the country at an average size of 400 hectares per family, at a very unbelievable rental
price of only P1.00 – read: one peso! – per hectare per year! – which they converted into
spacious ranches, beautiful orchards, etcetera… while and as our poorest of the poor sleep
on the coffins in cemeteries, or under the city bridges or in the streets, or in carts parked
beside the streets, etcetera. Therefore, the DENR is a tool to serve and favour the rich and
continue to oppress and neglect the poor. Tay, WE WANT THE DENR TO START DIVIDING
AND DISTRIBUTING THE LAND AND TO HELP EACH RECIPIENT PUT BOTH BEAUTY AND
PRODUCTIVITY ON THEIR RESPECTIVE LOT THEY RECEIVED FREELY FROM THE
GOVERNMENT.
6. DENR is hiding from the people the list of those who are using/ renting the government
land at the average size of 400 hectares.
7. Now, as far as the other 47% issued with Tax Declaration and/or Land Title, the system is
also topsy turvy and has become the main cause of family and clan quarrel, litigation and
killings. This must be returned back to the government, reset, and redistributed equally. All
 rich land owners, if the acquisition was honest, shall be entered into a MOA with the
government to receive more benefits and securities from the government for them and
their heirs in return for their agreement to surrender their excess landholdings in favour of
the landless. Also, this 47% must be subjected to 5 hectare distribution among the people.
The government shall assist the construction of new homes and transfer of residence by
many citizens, as the re-dividing and re-distribution is performed.
8. The hidden huge piece of prime lots classified as Friar Lands, best lands stolen by the
Spaniards and Catholic priests from our ancestors using the deception of “hilog” must be
taken back from the existing corporations and foundations they had established to hide
the lands.

ON HILOG

HILOG AND LAND GRABBING

The Catholic elite create wines and lace them with poison...Result: Natives men in
American, Philippines etc slowly died and they died first...leaving their wives and children as
widow and orphans...vulnerable to the manipulation of the priests.

During the hilog (deathbed confession) which the Catholic made exclusive between the
dying man and the priest (wife and children not allowed to enter the room of the dying
man)...when the wife asked the priest (friar) how's her husband before he died, the priest would
say, "Oh, so sad and frightening...his soul was on its way to hell! And he was crying to me asking
me to tell you to do everything you can to save his soul from hell!" The startled wife answered,
"What can I do father?" The priest: "You need to sponsor a special mass for your husband's soul."
The woman: "Ah, OK father. Thank you." The priest, "But wait, here is one other thing: our
prayers will not be accepted by Heaven if you do not make your best offering." The woman: "And
what is that father?" The priest: "Your land...your farm.. the best portion as your most fragrant
aroma to the nose of the Lord." Result: all the best plains and most fertile valleys are now owned
by the Catholic Church, esp. the Jesuits. This is called "friar land."

Half (15 million hectares) of the Philippines' total land area (30 million hectares) is land
titled. This first half makes up the plains and valleys. A huge portion of it is friar land, kept hidden
by the church.

This is land grabbing by religious deception. In addition to land grabbing by war and land
grabbing by legal leasing done by corporations.

The major cause of drug addiction and its resulting heinous crimes is this: make the people
landless or have land but enough for house only and not enough to produce enough food = the
people seek employment (modern slavery). Make that employment scare and you force people to
go outside the country to seek employment abroad. This happens to the Filipinos. OFWs.

Now, what has happened with OFWism is the disappearance of the mother from her
home. Result: emotional emptiness on the heart of the kids. Then, to fill it up or make up, the
OFW mother send much money to these empty-hearted kids. Result: empty heart + much money.

Formula for drug addiction: empty heart + much money.

Thus and therefore, it is we who have created the drug problem in the country. It is we
who created the situation where our own women, wives, sisters and daughters are raped and
killed.

It is we who created the situation where our sons are killed in buy bust operation.

A portion of the blame goes to the mother for leaving her children.

A bigger blame goes to the fathers who were left with the police in the Philippines.
 Scenario: fathers + policemen = 5 millions drug addicts.

Conclusion: talagang palpak ang mga tatay.

Walang silbi.Puro inom ug barkadahan. In fact, many of these fathers are pushers
themselves damaging the children of others! And when confronted, just said, A hindi bitaw anak
ko yung mga 'yon! Same statement made by police chiefs.

They were entrusted to take care and protect their own children, what had happened? 5
million or more are drug addicts!

Who else to blame?

Besides mothers, fathers, the policemen, we have to trace the blame to the drug lords.

And their drug pushers.

And mind you: to the one who took our land and left us landless (that is, zero land or with
a land not enough to feed the family).

Mga kababayan, kapamilya, kapuso, kapatid: WE ARE ONLY STARTING TO PINPOINT WHO
AND WHAT IS THE ROOT OR MOTHER OF ALL CAUSES.

These are only a few of the numerous hidden crimes of a corporation, or organization of
men and women that harm their fellowmen and create many poor and needy ones, mostly the
fatherless (orphans) and widows.

Tay, true religion does not cause people to become hungry but “feed the hungry”
(Matthew 25:31-46). But look, the Roman Catholic Church and her Protestant offshoots (daughter
churches) through their businessmen sons and daughters, what have they done to our land and
soil? They grabbed much of our land via the evil tactic of bank foreclosure and government
amoroso. They also used the hilog deception whereby their priest would enter the dying man’s
room alone, without any companion, to ensure his deception would succeed, namely: he would
come out of the room to give the wife a lie, namely: that the priest allegedly saw the soul of the
dying man going to hell and that the soul cried out to the priest asking for help, requesting the
priest to tell his wife and children to do something to save his soul. And the wife would then ask
the priest, worried and afraid, “Father, what shall we do?” And the priest would answer: The
church will do a mass because this cannot be done by a single person’s prayer; it needs the
service of the priest and a group of worshippers praying together during a mass; while you will do
a best offering.” “What offering is best, father?” the woman asked in innocence and full faith.
“What is better than the fattest portion of your land?” the priest would reply. In this manner, the
friars (Spanish/ Catholic priests) accumulated the best portions of our country’s land now known
as “Friar land.” The total size is kept secret but certainly very huge.

Addendum: If the wife of the just dead man is still young and beautiful, or her daughters,
the priest would deceive her, saying: “And besides the land offering, this case of your husband is
so serious that it is not enough. He committed many sins in secret that you did not know. But
heaven knows.” “Then, what else shall we do, father?” the woman has become depressed. “Well,
you and your young daughters need to serve the convent as nuns for the sake of your husband,
to devote your life in prayer for the salvation of your seemingly righteous husband but who in
reality committed many secret sins.” The woman and her daughters had no option but to grant
the priest all his demands, not knowing that the priest was only lying about her husband (who
was truly righteous) and that the real intention of the priest was to savor the flesh of these
beautiful women whose lone protector is now dead!

This case had happened repeatedly over the centuries, in all Catholic-Protestant
territories.

To make matters worse, the priests who sighted the beautiful wife, would conspire to
poison the man’s food or drinks. These wicked men serving as Catholic parish priest (Pharisees)
would usually target a rich man whose wife or daughters are very beautiful, in addition to his land
and other wealth. The timing would be before the children would reach the age of 18.

This is an actual procedure how they make families poor and hungry, homeless and naked.
They would take away the man of the family and his land.

HELL IS NOT PHYSICAL FIRE
Hell is more on mental torment, sort of mental fire – fire due to guilt – that is, pain you
inflicted to others returning to you in full measure! (Hell is more on mental torment, sort of

Physical fire, by the way, cannot affect souls which are spirit. Dili effective ang physical fire sa
spirit . So wrong nang daan ang teaching sa Catholic. (Physical fire, by the way, cannot affect souls

wrong).
Plus ang ilang tujo ra jud sa pagtuis nila sa (their aim in twisting the) true definition sa hell
is to create fear in their members, or among the people so, they can manipulate and control us.
They have a number of purposes why they picture hell as the worst source of fear.
FIRST PURPOSE OF FEAR
One is: Fear is the opposite of both faith (mind) and love (heart). Therefore, if they can
insidiously and thus cunningly deposit fear into every one’s mind and heart, the two spiritual
banks, then, the two treasures called faith and love will diminish, and so, every Christian faces the
risk of not being allowed to heaven, because to be in heaven, you have to have successfully
developed or accumulated enough amount of love and faith in your two spiritual banks (mind and
heart) while while here on earth.
PRIESTS USE FEAR TO SUBTRACT FAITH AND LOVE
So, like the Pharisees, Catholic priests especially the Spanish friars previous us, while the
Philippines was still directly under Spain, are preaching love and faith in the pulpit but on the
other hand, reducing the same faith and love by increasing the amount of fear in our minds and
hearts. You cannot have a half full and half empty glass. The empty part is actually full of air. In
reality, there is no such as vacuum. If faith and love is lacking, then, their opposite is present in
the “vacant” space… inside your heart and inside your mind. Our mind and heart is like a glass: it
cannot be half full and half empty; the empty part is also filled with something else!
COMPLETE LOVE CASTS AWAY ALL FEAR
The Scriptures says, There is no fear in perfect love. And to be perfect in love is our goal.
Perfect or complete love means: You love God above all (600fold) with all your heart, with all your
mind and with all your might, and you love your neighbor (60fold) as yourself (humble 6fold).
Perfect Love is complete in objects or beneficiaries (whom to love) and correct in amount or
degrees (how much love is for whom).
SECOND PURPOSE OF FEAR:
LAND GRABBING THRU RELIGION & HELLFIRE
Second purpose for injecting fear by the friars and priests (especially in the past) was and
may still be: To use hell as a quick way to grab or steal our lands!
For example, very common practice by the friars-priests: To officiate the hilog (death bed
confession of the dying. No one is allowed to hear or watch what takes place. Only the priest and
the dying man.

CATHOLIC HELLFIRE AS TOOL FOR LANDGRABBING

When the hilog (deathbed confession by the dying) is over and the man is dead, the priest
emerged from the room, wearing a frightened face, and call the wife and would say, “Your
husband’s soul saw hell as its destination and he was very afraid. He left me a final word to ask
you to please help his soul escape hell and go to heaven by donating your fertile plains to the
Church so we can pray over his wretched soul and save it from hell.”
Since the woman was worked already in advance by the Church to be filled with fear and
become in that way very religious (a.k.a. superstitious), it was now very quick for the priest to
convince the wife to donate their land to the Church.
FATTEST PLAINS & VALLEYS OWNED
BY CATHOLIC CHURCH - JESUITS
Thus, the fattest, the best plains and valleys and the largest size, are now in the hands of
the friars or Catholic church. And the existing Public Land Law (Homestead Law) of the
Philippines, Commonwealth Act 141 states: Friar lands are exempted from distributing to the
people using the homestead method. Homestead method is the granting of public (government)
land to landless Filipino citizens (up to 24 hectares per applicant, who is either the head of the
family or, as amended, his widow) with the following as the only requirements:
1. Fee of P50 for the application form;
2. Miscellaneous: P10.00
3. Residence: The person must move to the land he is applying for;
4. Cultivation: He must show that he cultivates the land.

• NOTE: The Law Enforcers are told to focus on enforcing traffic laws, helmet law, or
taxation laws like the Inheritance Tax law, and the net result is: laws that favor those in the
government are enforced, whereas laws for the benefits and welfare of the citizens or people
especially the Homestead Law are kept from the knowledge of the citizens.
CHURCH LAND, NO MORAL/LEGAL GROUND
Thus, the lands of our ancestors, our lands, was lost to foreigner deceivers, and so we
ended up in the rocky slopes, mountains or in cliffs. And the vast plains ended up in the hands of
the foreigners and their connivers.
Thus, they have no moral or legal ground to continue to claim these lands. The vast
Catholic properties mostly in the plains (e.g., cities, downtowns and plain haciendas) are illegal
and immoral, and without solid basis of ownership. These should be returned to the people,
Catholic in faith or not.
OTHER IMMORAL-ILLEGAL MEANS OF ACQUIRING LAND
Other immoral (although might be legal) means to grab lands from the people are as
follows:
1. Foreclosure of ancestral or clan lands due to amoroso (unpaid inheritance tax about
which they do not properly inform the heirs);
2. Mock (fake) war conducted by the military, half of them played the role of the
rebels. Purpose: To scare the small farmers and leave their plain fertile farms, where the
orchestrators soon declare as no man’s land, put a military camp there, and the land grabber
lease at P1.00 per hectare a year, and then apply for land title, 5 years after.
3. Real civil wars. Powers That Be, with the Illuminati-Jesuits at the top, pit Christians
vs Muslims. It was the Jesuits who adopted an Arab orphan named Mohammed and trained him
for evangelism. It was also the same Jesuits who wrote the Koran (sacks of its rough drafts or
different versions, before a final version was achieved, have been lately discovered) in one hand,
it was the Jesuits who tampered the Holy Bible to end up to today’s situation: Bible vs Koran,
Christians vs Muslims. And them end up owning big haciendas in Mindanao etc. After every civil
war or bakbakan between Muslims and Christian soldiers elsewhere in Mindanao, the net result is
always: Muslim and Christian civilians ran to the mountains, etc. and left their fertile farms, and
soon an hacienda appears owned by either the foreigners or their Filipino partners or both.
HARM CONTINUES IF SIN CONTINUES
They will not cease in this crime (infliction of harm) so long as they keep destroying their
own soil in their own continents with chemicals and wrong practices such as monoculture and
end up no longer able to feed their own families.
Men in Europe and America, you can stop coveting the lands of the natives in other
continents, if you return to the Law of Replenishment or Ecosystem (modern name:
Permaculture, Food Forest system) taught to us by God in Genesis 1 – 3. This is all about wise
management, stewardship, caring for Mother Earth and all Creations, nurturing attitude and
practices.
Europeans and Americans, Happy in Harming Nations Just to be Rich?
Men in Europe and America, will you continue to rejoice and have parties where wines are
poured like waters and will you continue to throw excess of wheat and fruits by shiploads instead
of donating them to your poor neighbors from where most of them were taken – will you not
stop this grave violation of the law of love? Hurting your brothers of different skin color, stealing
from them in order to feed you families and satisfy the ambitions of your wives for a life of
comfort and luxury. Will you continue to be happy and comfortable living a wealth dishonestly
obtained? The same questions I ask to your Filipino counterparts, who are our racial brothers,
who betrayed us.
LET US NOW REPLENISH MOTHER EARTH!
Let us replenish (care for) the land, the soil, the creation, so we will no longer suffer the
curse pronounced to father Adam: Cursed is the ground…thorns and thistles shall grow… and you
will eat only after much toil, sweats, even blood and tears.

And we shall again have Paradise,

this time,
one that lasts!

“Friar Land”
Two main methods used by the Spaniards (and other foreigners) to acquire land from our
ancestors:
By force (gun, wars)
By deceit, especially by Catholic Religion where the Spaniard (e.g., friar, priest) would
perform a deathbed ceremony locally known as hilog, privately beyond the hearing of the family
members and after that, the priest would say to the wife and children, especially when the family
owns fat plains: “Well, madam, your husband before he breathed his last, saw – his soul saw – the
terrible hell to be his destination… so he told me if I could ask you to donate half of the family
land, mostly the plain to the Church for its holy use, so his sins can be bought, I mean, paid off –
redeemed from hell and his soul can go to heaven.” Since it was the woman of the family who
was easiest to scare (fear tactic), therefore, she was the most religious, that is, superstitious. And
so, the family land went to the Church, that is, those who run the it, now mostly the Jesuits and
other Orders. These are now classified and protected as “friars lands.”
What kind of land are the friar lands? The best and the fattest land, e.g., plain or valley,
and most fertile.
Where are those friar lands? Now (1) as part of many cities and towns when modern
progress encroached, as well as (2) presently haciendas. Both of these are established on former
cultivated plains and valleys and a few rolling hills.
Does our present law protect – read: exempt – friar lands from Homestead and Land
distribution under CARP?
Answer: Our Homestead Law states that friar lands are excluded from Homestead, that is,
any citizen can apply for homestead (free land) up to 24 hectares per applicant, excluding the
friar lands. See Commonwealth Act No. 141, The Public Land Act, November 7, 1936).
Remarks: Since the friar lands were acquired by force and/or deceit, they are not legal and
moral acquisition and so, the People, heirs of those original owners, as the present Government,
can take back those friar lands for distribution to the heirs of the original native owners whom
the friars deceived or coerced or even in some cases, poisoned to die early, leaving his wife and
children as defenseless widow and orphans. This is one of their age-old tactics.
Homestead is confined to land not privately owned – hence, the so-called government
land.
CARP (Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program) aims for the haciendas, or large lands
privately owned by hacienderos, hence, can include the friar lands.
Homestead aims for the hills and mountains, not the plains and valleys which are mostly
grabbed by the friars and their friends.
 Since our purpose is ORCHARD-PERMACULTURE based on hills and mountains, and since
we avoid the plains and valleys due to its present level of toxicity (chemical farming), we seem to
do better with HOMESTEAD APPLICATION than the sometimes bloody implementation of CARP.
CARP being targeted towards haciendas may include friar lands which are located also in
plains and valleys.
