SITUATION OVERVIEW 18 October 2018 Typhoon “LAWIN" has intensified further while traversing the Philppine Sea with maximum sustained winds of up to 185 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 230, kph. Its forecasted to move West Northwest at 24 kph DATE.
