Chelsea Groton Bank Partners with iGrad for Financial Wellness Education

Chelsea Groton Bank has partnered with the San Diego-based company iGrad to offer Enrich™ -
iGrad’s adaptive, personalized and interactive online financial wellness platform - to its members.

San Diego, CA, October 17, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Chelsea Groton Bank has partnered with the San
Diego-based company iGrad to offer its members financial wellness education.

Based in Groton, Conn., the full-service mutually owned bank recently launched Enrich™, iGrad's
adaptive, personalized and interactive online financial literacy platform.

Enrich is used by more than 300 employers and financial institutions nationwide to provide
comprehensive financial wellness education and action plans to employees and customers.

Chelsea Groton Bank has been committed to financial wellness for many years, including its creation of a
Community Education Program in 2004 to commemorate its 150th birthday. The program offers financial
literacy classes in schools and community organizations throughout its market area in Connecticut and
Rhode Island.

“Chelsea Groton Bank has always had a focus on education, for customers, employees, and members of
the community. In 2004, we formally launched the Community Education program, now called Chelsea
University, and have had a full-time education officer on our team since,” explained Lori Dufficy, EVP,
director of sales and service at Chelsea Groton Bank. “While we will continue to offer financial literacy
and lifestyle programming in a classroom setting, we felt it was time to offer customers and members of
the community, especially those who aren't able to make it to an in-person class, an opportunity to access
important information at their own pace. The Chelsea University powered by Enrich platform customizes
content to the customer, offers content that can take as little as a minute to review, and allows us to share
our own bank content, all of which were very important to us.”

Enrich offers material that will be valuable to all bank customers, with educational content including
student loans, mortgages, long-term health care and more.

Designed around a proprietary behavioral algorithm, Enrich personalizes financial information for each
user's situation and needs. It also offers tools, quizzes, videos, articles and a library of multimedia
content.

“Chelsea Groton Bank is an excellent example of a financial institution committed to helping its
customers manage daily finances, save for major purchases and plan for retirement,” said iGrad founder
and President Rob LaBreche. “We are very pleased to partner with Chelsea Groton Bank to support their
efforts with our Enrich financial wellness platform.”

In addition to Enrich, iGrad offers a financial wellness education platform, also called iGrad™, for
college students that is used at more than 600 colleges and universities nationwide. iGrad is a three-time
