ZBG DZL double-wind-gas-dust series boiler is independently by our company as

the fourth generation horizontal water tube and fire tube package
chain grate boiler. We have patent rights to this product, and DZL series has won
the State Ministry of Electrical and Mechanical Quality Award, the
provincial quality products, provincial and municipal outstanding new product
awards, provincial and municipal scientific and technological progress
awards. It is the State Electrical and Mechanical Energy Products Promotion
Project. DZL series boiler is equipped with fast, time-saving, compact
structure, small footprint, etc., with high reliability, high thermal efficiency and
strong overload capacity. The large-size components (mainly on the body
and the lower base) has been assembled in the factory, when they are installed,

Product features

1 Advanced design, perfect performance

By adopting the water-cooling system in packaged boilers which is usually used in
power plant boilers, the boiler can achieve large heat transfer area, high heat
transfer efficiency, low heat loss, good air tightness, and no distortion or dust
leakage of the brickwork. because of direct heating the down side of the drum.

2 Wide variety of fuel

The structure of the arches adopt the latest research product, second prize of
advance awarded by Xi'an Jiaotong University. The back arch is low and long and
the part near the exit is inverse inclined type, while the front arch is 45 inclined
type, they together form a downside "a" flame structure, which makes the lean
coal combustion easier and it can adjust itself to a wide range of coal types.

3 Reasonable structure and safe operation

a. There is push-pull type damper ash removal device. The damper adopts
finish machining cast iron seal structure, thus the secondary combustion distortion
and air leaking in the grate is effectively prevented.
b. The double-wind-gas dust design makes the flue gas smoothly enter the front
smoke box and the temperature of the front tube plate is the same and lower
than 600 ℃,
It can avoid tube plate crack caused by the DZL chain grate coal
fired boiler.
c. Exclusive configuration from the drum center line 750mm assembly wall wall
tube, completely solve the drum and the box heat up cold shrinkage caused by
the drawbacks of the weld.
