PERSONAL PROPERTY SALES CONTRACT

AGREEMENT made this 29th day of August, 2017 between RONNIE P.

AQUINDE represented by KRIZETTE AQUINDE (hereinafter "seller") and MELANIE
ZACATRAPUZ (hereinafter "Purchaser").

1. The Property. The Seller and the purchase has orally agreed to enter to a
Contract of Sale of a XEROX COPYING MACHINE;

2. Purchase Price. The purchase price for the property described in paragraph
1 above is__________________________________________________________________
(P ____________) . However, payment stopped due to unavoidable
circumstances. Since there is still Sixteen thousand (P16,000.00) pesos unpaid
balances and possession remained to the seller, parties now agree to
continue the payment in installment basis with the following dates and
amount:

a. 1st isntallment: October 2,2017 -------------------------------- P2,000.00

b. 2nd installment: November 2,2017 ---------------------------- P 2,000.00
c. 3rd installment: December 2, 2017----------------------------- P 2,000.00
d. 4th installment: January 2, 2018 ---------------------------------P 2,000.00
e. 5th installmet: February 2, 2018 --------------------------------- P 2,000.00
f. 6th installment: March 2, 2018 ---------------------------------- P 2,000.00
g. 7th installment: April 2, 2018 ------------------------------------- P 2,000.00
h. 8th installment: May 2, 2018 ------------------------------------- P 2,000.00

3. That on this day, seller agrees to transfer physical possession to the

purchaser, to generate income from the said machine;

4. Warranties of the Seller. The Seller hereby warrants and represents to the
Purchaser that:

(a) The Seller owns and has good and marketable title to the property being
conveyed herein, free and clear of any pledges, liens, judgments,
encumbrances, security interests, claims or contract rights, and further
promises and covenants to refrain from so encumbering same from the date
of execution of this agreement until closing;
(b) No approval or consent of any third person is required to effect the sale;

5. Benefit. This agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of
the parties hereto and their legal representatives, successors and assigns.

7. Invalid Provision. In the event any provision or sub provision of this

agreement is held to be void, invalid or unenforceable in any respect, then
the same shall not affect the remaining provisions or sub provisions hereof,
which shall continue in full force and effect.

8. Entire Agreement. This agreement contains the entire understanding of the

parties. It may not be changed orally. This agreement may only be amended
or modified in writing and with such writing being executed by both parties
hereto.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this agreement the

day and year first above written.
