PROJECT RATIONALE:

The third year law students of University of Santo Tomas-Legazpi will be conducting a community
extension activity as part of their Legal Counselling subject. The said activity aims to broaden the
knowledge of the Barangay Council and the Sangguniang Kabataan members in terms of parliamentary
procedure, resolution-making, and Barangay conciliation.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES:

1. To impart knowledge to the Brgy. Council members and Sangguniang Kabataan members about
basic parliamentary rules and procedures, resolution-making, and barangay conciliation.
2. To give back to the community.
3. To expose UST-L law students to community work.

PROJECT DURATION:
