to scope of business will be regularly reviewed; as a minimum this will be at Management Review.

Changes in Manpower services

Manpower´s journey began 60 years ago. It was then, back in 1953, that entrepreneur Ulla Murman

launched Stockholms stenografservice, the company that would eventually become Manpower. Her staff

provided services such as typing up notes for customers.

One customer of the agency, an unusually careless professor, wrote unclear notes, and Ulla felt the most

efficient thing to do would be to place a secretary in the professor's office and do the job there, instead of

3. Updated NBI Clearance of the partners in the case of partnership or all the officers and members

of the Board of Directors in the case of corporation.

4. Organization structure and list of all officers and personnel with their respective bio-data and ID

pictures and detailed description of duties and responsibilities.

5. Sworn statement of assets and liabilities or duly audited financial statement, as the case may be.

6. Proof of payment of surety bond (valid for 2 years).

7. Payment of fees: Filing fee, license fee, cash bond.
