Pursuant to Article 12, SMIJID issues a Dispatch Noticip for HE 11 through HE 15. Prior to commenccent of the delivery of Dump Energy, the University's Ci1ral Plant Operator calls SMUIYs Real Time trader to confirm the commencemeiit of Dump Energy, and notifies him/her that the University will only deliver I MWH for he 1 (as vpposed to the 6 MWH contained in the preschcdule). The University delivers 11 MW for he 11 through he 15, and 5 MWH for HE 16. SMUD would be required to pay the Unhersity the price specified in Article 6.2 for the 11 MWH of energy delivered during he 11 through he 15, and the price specified in Article 6.3.1 for I MWH delivered during HE I.
