License Agreement

END LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR "THE NEW ENGLISH-GERMAN DICTIONARY"

IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING AND USING THE SOFTWARE.

This is a legal agreement (the "Agreement") between you (either an individual or a

single entity) and the authors of

"The New English-German Dictionary"

for the accompanying software product, which includes computer software and any
associated materials ("Software"). If you do not agree to the terms of this
agreement, decline where indicated, and do not download, install, copy or otherwise
use the Software. The authors keep all rights not expressly granted under this
Agreement.

"The New English-German Dictionary" is an electronic English- German / German-

English lookup dictionary which helps you to find translations to a specific term
including several examples for context usage.

GRANT OF LICENSE

The Software is "in use" when it is loaded in temporary or permanent memory of the
computer.

a) For Single User License:

If you have acquired a Single User License of the Software, you may install and
use the Software only on a single computer or workstation.
If you have acquired multiple Single User Licenses, you may copy and install the
downloaded Software once for each License you have acquired. You may store the
Software on a network server, provided you acquire and dedicate a License for each
computer which accesses the Software.

b) For Time Limited Evaluation version:

If you have acquired the Time Limited Evaluation version of the Software, you
may install and use the Software solely for evaluation and test purposes for the
duration of the time period set in the Software. You may not attempt to increase
the functionality of the Software in any manner or extend the time limiters of the
Time Limited Evaluation version.

COPYRIGHT
The Software is licensed to you, not sold. All rights regarding the Software remain
by the authors. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international
treaty provisions. You may not copy the printed materials accompanying the
Software, except that you may make and keep one copy of the Software solely for
backup or archival purposes, in which case you must include all applicable
copyright notices and other proprietary rights legends that come with the Software.

LIMITS ON USE
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software. You may not
rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or lend the Software. The Software is licensed as a
single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one
computer.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the authors of the
Dictionary with respect to the Software, and replaces all other representations.
This Agreement cannot be modified except by written consent of both parties. The
terms of this Agreement will control any conflicting or inconsistent terms in any
printed forms used by the parties for convenience in performing the Agreement. If
any part of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable as written, it will be
enforced to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, and will not affect the
enforceability of any other part.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES
EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY, AND TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE
AUTHORS PROVIDE THE SOFTWARE (AND ALL DATA THEREIN) AS IS WITH ALL FAULTS, AND
DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY,
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DATA ACCURACY AND COMPLETENESS, AND ANY WARRANTIES RELATING TO
VIRUSES, ALL WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE AND ALL DATA THEREIN.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE AUTHORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY,
LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR CONFIDENTIAL
INFORMATION, LOSS OF PRIVACY, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE
OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF THE AUTHORS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
