NO BAKE CHOCOLATE SLICES

Ingredients:
125 grams Butter
25 grams Cocoa
1 Tablespoon Golden Syrup
15 pieces Digestive Biscuits

Topping:
50 grams Milk Chocolate
2 teaspoons Milk

Method:
1. Put biscuits into plastic bag and crush with rolling pin.
2. Heat butter, cocoa and golden syrup over a gentle heat. Stir until butter has
melted.
3. Add the crushed biscuits.
4. Turn into a greased tin, smooth over and chill.
5. Topping: melt chocolate and milk in a bowl over a saucepan of hot water.
Spread over the top.
6. Chill until set. Remove from tin and cut into 8-12 slices.
