I- Presentation: (10 minutes)

Open your students' book page 125 (write on board and hold the book in your hands and show them). Look at the 4th picture
(point at it with your hands). We have "wind"= windy

II- Practice: (25 minutes)


Now, go on page 128 on your student's book. Now by looking at the text tell me before you start reading:

 What is the type of the text? letter


 Who is the sender? Peter
 Who is the receiver? Family

Now I want you to read the letter silently for 3 minutes and tell me:

1) When did Peter and the Soltane family go to the countryside?


 False: "we went there in the morning and had a picnic
2) How is the weather in Britain?
 False: "is it still cold and cloudy as usual?"
3) How does Peter find the weather in Jerba?
 True: "the weather was lovely"

Now find out the other things Peter liked and complete the spidergram on page 129.

(they have to write the correct answers on the table without looking at the book.)

Now look at the text and tell me: who is the one who invited Peter to the countryside? Mrs.Soltane. Read the whole sentence,
everyone follow in the 2nd paragraph.

to suggest (something or doing something)= to propose (explain with "let's")

When you want to suggest something, you use "let's". For example: Let's hold hands. Let's write on the board (use gestures!) let's
drink water. (3 min)

Now, move on to page 127 in the Student's book and do activity 2.
