1. Swami AbhayanandaTirtha, born and raised in Canada to Afro-
American parents met his spiritual master in mid-1960 and took Sannyasa in 1975. He chants daily 32 rounds of Hare Krishna maha mantra and preaches all over the world. He is unassuming and low profile and loves to study and teach SrimadBhagavatam.
Your office colleague Ahankaridasa who claims he’s a
descendant of Lord Advaita Acharya’s family thinks this Swami is a nice person but needs to take birth once again to get purified of his sin of foreign birth. Maybe in his next life, because of his piety and devotion he may take birth in a Brahmin or goswami family in India. Also Ahankaridasa points out that swamiji’s pronunciation of Sanskrit is faulty, and he is willing to offer service of teaching him Sanskrit for free.
Comment on the mental framework of Ahankaridasa and what
warning or advice would you give him?

permission and blessings to do so. Recently when you met
him at Keshi ghat, you asked him about his wellbeing. Although he said he is cultivating devotional service in the sacred Vrajabhumi, you also discover he is staying alone and has not yet taken initiation from any spiritual master. He is constantly on whatsapp and Facebook, chatting with his friends and erstwhile business contacts. He is happy to be in Vrindavan without any problems of his past. Is everything all right in his devotional service and as his friend what would you advise him?
