Your induction timetable

Monday 17th – Friday 21st September 2018

We are delighted that you are about to join Liverpool John Moores University’s exciting and supportive student community. We want you to get the most
out of your studies and that’s why we organise Induction Week for new students.

Induction Week is designed to ease you into university study and is a crucial introduction to both the subject you have chosen and university life in general.
During this first week you will meet the teaching team, your personal tutor and other staff who will discuss with you what you will be learning over the next
few months. You’ll be able to explore your new campus and find out where your lectures, tutorials and timetabled activities will take place. You’ll also get
lots of information on all the services offered by the University and the Students’ Union. Plus you’ll complete your enrolment and get your student ID card
too. Most importantly, you’ll meet other new students and start making friends and connections so that very soon LJMU won’t feel strange and new
anymore; it will feel like home.

So get ready for a busy but fun introduction to LJMU.
