Pre-lesson
1. Teacher asks pupils to point to different-coloured objects in the room (e.g. find
something blue).
2. Teacher repeats to other known colours.
3. Teacher goes around the classroom and pointing some object and asking what
colour is it?

Lesson delivery
1. Teacher holds up each flashcards and says the words for pupils to repeat in
chorus.
ACTIVITIES 2. Pupils asked to look at the picture in the Superminds Book (p: 22) and question
them on who they can see?, where they are?.
3. Teacher plays recording and pupils point out to the objects when they hear them.
4. Pupils practice pointing and naming in pairs.
5. Pupils look at the chant on their book.
6. Teacher plays the recording, pupils listen and follow the chant.
7. Pupils sing the song together with the actions.
8. Pupils in group perform for the song.
