SWORN AFFIDAVIT
We, RICHARD PASUNTING and ABNER MARA-ON, Filipino, of legal
age and residents of Dumaguete City, Philippines, after being sworn to in
accordance with law, depose and state that:
1. I, Richard Pasunting, is the representative of Superior 3S
Motorcycle Shops, Inc, a corporation duly organized and existing
under and by virtue of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines
with business address at Bacolod City and branch office address
in Dumaguete City;

2. I, Abner Mara-on, is the owner of a motor vehicle more

particularly described as follows:

Chassis No.: LB410P201ACC05107
Series: STAG 100
Plate No.: 7848 IR
CR No. : 12706119-6

3. The above described vehicle has been subject to a Deed of

Absolute Sale executed by us and duly notarized by Atty.
Gracelyn Bellingan and docketed in her notarial book as Doc. No.
520; Page No. 105; Book III; Series of 2018;

4. SUPERIOR 3S MOTORCYCLE SHOPS INC. has foreclosed and

seized the said vehicle for failure of the registered owner,
Simplicio V. Don Jr., to pay the installment of the said
motorcycle;.

5. I (Mara-on) is now processing the transfer of the LTO registration

of the above described vehicle to my name.

6. Part of the requirements to transfer the registration of the said

vehicle is a valid transfer and identification document of Simplicio
V. Don Jr. However, despite earnest efforts, we could no longer
 locate Simplicio V. Don Jr. Thus, we cannot produce anymore
the said document/s;

7. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing and to support the application for transfer of
registration with the Land Transportation Office from the previous
owner to Abner Mara-on..
