Evaluate, consult, and provide oversight for security initiatives across the enterprise, including control
Travel validation, remediation or mitigation plans, and infrastructure and security architecture, in alignment with

Involved the risk appetite to improve the overall security posture of the organization. Regularly assist in the
Type of development and implemention of awareness testing sites/systems, as part of the overall Security
Full-Time Awareness program.
Position
Provide leadership and mentoring to other Security and technical team members. Act as a technical security
liaison to the business while facilitating the implementation of security controls that support business goals
while maintaining regulatory compliance. Provide deep expertise on securing core technologies across the
enterprise.
Support the incident response activities resulting from potential breach or vulnerabilties. Additionally
collaborate with IT Governance, Risk, & Compliance area, MAR mgmt., and Internal Audit to conduct self-
audits on security controls and standards and to provide audit response to internal and external auditors or
regulators. Provide Security expertise to Risk and Compliance as part of the 3rd party risk management and
due diligence process.

Requirements:

ranging from technical to non-technical.

5 plus years of information security experience, 7 plus years overall IT experience
3 plus years of project leadership experience in network security design, implementation, evaluation, and
documentation.
Leadership skills in implementing and maintaining a security program.
Experience in maintaining and administering security for Microsoft and Linux based networks.
Experience in maintaining and administering security for network appliances such as routers, switches,
firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems knowledge/Technical Requirements.
Expert level of proficiency with Active Directory architectural design and security, Group Policy Design and
Management, Microsoft operating system installation and configuration.
Expert level of proficiency with firewall installation and configuration, intrusion detection/prevention systems
(IDS/IPS) installation and configuration, Linux installation and configuration.
Operational level of proficiency with router and switch security configuration (Cisco preferred), design and
implementation of Virtual Private Networks (VPN), and wireless network security.
Expert level of proficiency with encryption technologies (3DES, AES, IPSEC, SSL), authentication models (ADFS,
Radius, TACACS, NTLMv2), and Active Directory management, and Microsoft Office Suite.
