There will be three (3) possible verdicts after the Proposal Hearing. The verdict is a unanimous decision
among the three members of the Pre-Oral Defense panel. Once issued, is final and irrevocable.

APPROVED. Minor revisions are necessary but they do not have to be presented in front of and
checked by all panelists. 40-60 (based on proposal manuscript score)
APPROVED WITH REVISIONS. Major revisions shall be incorporated in the final copy of the revised
Project Proposal summary. These must be checked by the panelists. 22-40

DISAPPROVED. The Researchers failed to propose a researchable/scholarly Research output. Below 24
