Interesting piece of kit however what I don't understand is in the list of crash solutions it has
many to choose from and right at the end it states Final Solution - Use this if none of the above
worked, suggesting that it will fix whatever problem you have. Now, if that's the case why not
just have the Final Solution as 'THE' Solution?

+Guilty Spark Its like any fixit tool, even Microsoft tools, they are set to do a certain number of
fix's and if that don't work its not much good for you. They can only do so much with this type of
tools, sometimes you have to fix it manually.

Their free version does not list Windows 10. The highest it goes is 8.1. Any other legit software
for the beginner to use? I've tried several to burn a USB for a friend who is locked out and when
I go to install my McAfee shoots off a warning and says there is danger if I continue. That tells
me they are not legit.

Come back clean on virustotal and malwarebytes so did not investigate after that. I can't
spend all that time scanning with every program out there, I would never get any videos done.

totally understandable. I just thought you and the other viewers should know about this. I have
written the company and provided the necessary screenshots as well to show them. Both
WebRoot and TrendMicro picked the adware up. I did try this on 5 other computers in my shop
and received the same results. Installed it on a computer without AV protection with no issues,
ran Emsisoft Emergency Kit and it picked it up almost immediately.

I do like what this product has to offer and was deciding whether or not to buy the business
package, however, until I can be sure that THAT product doesn't come with adware, I will hold
off. For now to retrieve or remove passwords, we use Passcape.

This was really helpful, but something is going wrong. I have a Toshiba Satillite 5 laptop, and
successfully made a usb, changed the boot order, and I know my computer recongizes the usb.
However, when I go to boot options and try to run the usb drive, it is skipped and boots up
nomally. The usb button is right there, but when I click on it, boot up continues completely
normally. What am I doing wrong? Also, thanks - this is a really well-done video
