Your job is to design and create a bird beak that can
pick up a small teddy.
You are to first research different bird beaks and
identify birds that eat small rodents. You are to then design a bird beak that is able to pick up a small teddy with ease. You are then to make your beak out of recycled materials.
Remember your beak needs to be able to pick a
small teddy and you need to be able to mechanically move your beak so it picks up the teddy.
When everyone has completed their bird beaks,
you will be required to display your beak, planning and research on your desk. Students will then do a gallery walk and look at every bodies work.
