SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, JAN HEARTINI C. SALVADOR, Filipino, of legal age, single

with postal address at 398 Capulong Street Tondo Manila,
Philippines, do hereby name, constitute and appoint MR. RYAN
JOY J. TAN to be my true and lawful Attorneys-in-Fact/Agents, for
and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform all or any of
the following:

1. To represent me, for and in my behalf, in the filing of my

CERTIFICATE OF CANDIDACY FOR THE POSITION OF
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN MEMBER, attached herein as
“Annex B3”;

2. To be my authorized agent in filing the above mentioned

document wherein I also duly executed the COMELEC FORM
on the AUTHORITY TO FILE CERTIFICATE OF CANDIDACY
to strengthen the effect of this document, attached herein as
“Annex C”; and

3. To do and perform any and all acts, which are incidental

and/or necessary for the faithful execution of the foregoing
acts and deeds.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorneys-in-

fact/Agents full powers and authority to do and perform all and
every act or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing, in and
about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might
or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact has done, shall lawfully
do or cause to be done by virtue hereof. This Special Power of
Attorney shall be valid and subsisting and shall remain in full force
and effect unless otherwise revoked or amended by me in writing
and duly served upon the Commission on Election’s officer in
charge for the filing of the candidacy for the 2018 Barangay and
Sangguniang Kabataan Synchronized Elections.
