5.Specify your goals - industriousness, micro habits- set up aims that you
value;situational analysis; vision of life you want to be - goal - micro processes
- reward system; moving forward - positive emotion when you are moving toward a
worthy goal; positive charge - why do something? structural analysis of life
existence; Who it is that you are trying to be? Building that person you want to
be, not SHOULD BE. - specifying your goals - knowing when you fail
6. Stop saying things that make you weak - old me vs now me - who is me? - words
that make you aligned;practising;
7. Adopt the mode of authentic being - orient the speech towards the truth and
responsibility for your life, shelter you from your own vulnerability
8. Learn from your errors - a friend of the thing that disrupts your plan - you
want to be able to learn from consenquences of error;
9. Have a conversation with yourself - you are not your own servant, cracking the
whip and procrastinating
10. Aim high - dare to do the most difficult thing - kierkegardian leap of faith,
