A RESOLUTION TO COLLECT PALARO FEE FROM STUDENTS OF CRIMINOLOGY STUDENT BODY

ORGANIZATION FOR PALARO 2018 ACADEMIC YEAR 2018-2019

WHEREAS, in order for Criminology Student Body Organization to operate effectively, there should be
funds available that the organization can use;
WHEREAS, it is stated in the By Laws that the organization may collect PALARO FEE from its members;
WHEREAS, it has been agreed and deliberated on the breakdown of fees:

SNACKS AND DRINKS FOR SPORTS AND NON SPORTS COMPETITION ………………. P 80.00
JERSEY FOR DEPARTMENT ATHLETES ………………. P 30.00
PROPS FOR NON SPORTS EVENTS ………………. P 30.00
BULLETIN BOARD ………………. P 10.00

WHEREAS, fees stated are in accordance with DSA Memo No. 071119-005, Guidelines on Collection of
Department fees;
WHEREAS, it has been agreed during the general assembly and department meeting that payment may be
made on staggered basis;
NOW, THEREFORE, WE, the officers and adviser of the Criminology Student Body Organization, resolve,
as it is resolved that the PALARO FEE of P150.00 shall be collected from the members/students enrolled
in College of Criminology.
