We write in behalf of our client, ROJANE A. VILEGAS to demand payment of

your indebtedness amounting to THREE HUNDRED NINE THOUSAND FIVE
HUNDRED EIGHTY SIX AND EIGHTY CENAVOS (P309, 586.80) inclusive of
interest as of June 3, 2010.

In view of the forgoing, you are hereby demanded, within five (5) days upon
receipt of this notice to tender full payment of said obligation amounting to
THREE HUNDRED NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY SIX AND
EIGHTY CENAVOS (P309, 586.80). Consider this as the last and final demand,
otherwise we shall be constrained to institute appropriate court action/s,
including criminal case for possible commission of estafa, to compel you to pay,
not only the above-said amount but also damages.

We strongly suggest that you give preferential attention to this matter.
