SOFTENING ADJUSTM ENT

In orde r to e nte r the s ofte ning adjus ting m ode , s e le ct the k nob
pos ition of 1 w hile the DW is out of e ne rgy (on/off is s hut) the n
pre s s the s tart button and e ne rgize the DW and k e e p pre s s ing
on the button for 5 s e conds , afte r this DW e nte rs the s ofte ning
adjus ting m ode . The adjus te d s ofte ning le ve l s how n by the
program follow up indicators for 5 s e conds afte r e nte ring the
m ode . Softe ning le ve l s hould be de cre as e d or incre as e d by
turning the k nob to the pos itions of 2, 3, 4, 5:

For the 1s t le ve l s e le ct pos ition 1 (re ge ne rate s for e ve ry 255 lt

w ate r inle t) (Was hing indicator is on).
For the 2nd le ve l s e le ct pos ition 2 (re ge ne rate s for e ve ry 105 lt
w ate r inle t) (End indicator is on).
For the 3rd le ve l s e le ct pos ition 3 (re ge ne rate s for e ve ry 45 lt w ate r
inle t) (Both indicators on).
For the 4th le ve l s e le ct pos ition 4 (re ge ne rate s for e ve ry 30 lt w ate r
inle t) (Program follow ing indicators are off).
For the 5th le ve l s e le ct pos ition 5 (re ge ne rate s for e ve ry 12 lt w ate r
inle t) (Program follow ing indicators blink ).

Afte r s e le cting the re quire d le ve l of s ofte ning, s ave the

s e le cte d le ve l to the m e m ory by pre s s ing the s tart button and
e xit the le ve l adjus ting m ode by s hutting dow n the m achine .
 Afte r the las t draining proce s s of the las t hot rins ing s te p,
re ge ne ration valve is e ne rgize d autom atically by the control
s ys te m if the re e xits a ne e d for a re ge ne ration proce s s . 10
m inute s w aiting pe riod is re quire d as the ne xt s te p of the
re ge ne ration proce s s . This pe riod is follow e d by 2,8lt w ate r
tak e -in to re m ove the s alty w ate r from the re ge ne ration unit.
FUNCTIONAL TEST
In orde r to e nte r the functional te s t m ode (s hort program
m ode ), s e le ct the k nob pos ition of 2 w hile the DW is out of
e ne rgy (on/off is s hut) the n pre s s the s tart button and e ne rgize
the DW and k e e p pre s s ing on the button for 5 s e conds . All of
the indicators turns on for 2 s e conds afte r e nte ring the s hort
program m ode . Program follow ing indicators blink if the re e xis t
any fault w ithin the m e m ory of the control s ys te m .

Afte r e nte ring the s hort program m ode , s tart the s hort program by
pre s s ing the “s tart” button. Short program follow s the s te ps
be low :
1. Draining (and Fan - if e xis ts on the m achine - ) s tarts (30
s e conds )
2. Wate r inle t (4.0 lt)
3. Wate r circulation, he ating, de te rge nt (60 s e conds )
4. Wate r circulation, he ating (120 s e conds )
5. Draining (30 s e conds )
6. Re ge ne ration (60 s e conds )
7. Wate r inle t, draining (for cle aning the re s in) (3.0 lt)
8. Draining (30 s e conds )
During the s hort program , the program follow ing indicators is us e d
to inform the s e rvice s tuff in the cas e of any fault de te ction:
All program follow ing indicators are off No fault de te cte d
Was hing indicator is on Wate r inle t or w ate r counte r is faulty
End indicator is on NTC is faulty
EEPROM RESET PROCEDURE
In orde r to e nte r the EEPROM Re s e t m ode , s e le ct the k nob
pos ition of 5 w hile the DW is out of e ne rgy (on/off is s hut) the n
pre s s the s tart button and e ne rgize the DW and k e e p pre s s ing
on the button for 5 s e conds , afte r this control card autom atically
re s e ts the conte nt of EEPROM and End indicator s tarts blink ing.
In orde r to continue w ith the norm al ope ration, DW s hould be
s hut-dow n from the on-off s w itch and the n re -e ne rgize d.
