Professional Summary
Hardware engineering experience encompasses building, testing, debugging computer systems with various
architectures (based on the Intel platform). Software engineering experience includes, but not limited to,
programming in Java (Android), Python (Deep Learning applications), PHP (talking to databases through MYSQL) and
website design (HTML(5), CSS, Javascript).

Education
University of Central Florida Orlando, FL

Software Engineering Experience

WHAT THE FRIDGE (ANDROID APP AND WEBPAGE)
Class project for creating an Android/iOS app as well as a webpage using a fullstack. We used a LAMP stack and I
handled the database management, web server based on PHP, some Android front-end and back-end development.

SENIOR DESIGN PROJECT (EASY PARK) - CAPSTONE

Project manager and team leader for designing custom PCB modules for detecting parking spaces via a rudimentary
Bluetooth low-energy mesh network, designing the database and android application back-end development.
OBJECT DETECTION PROJECT - DEEP LEARNING
Based on the Intel Movidius SDK, where a neural network is trained to detect humans within a specific area (room),
and sending an email through a python script and a text message using the Twilio API.

Hardware Engineering Experience

PC BUILDING PROJECTS - INTEL PLATFORM (12 YEARS TO PRESENT)
Started off as a project to upgrade PC components, then went on as a hobby for studying CPU architecture for each
generation (the ’tock’ in Intel’s tick-tock strategy). Having personally built desktops on architectures such as
Prescott, Sandy Bridge, Ivy Bridge, Haswell, Skylake, Haswell-EP, based on various motherboards and chipsets
(FSB/PCH/South Bridge), but not limited to benchmarking, overclocking and debugging these systems.
IOT PROJECTS - RASPBERRY-PI AND ARDUINO
Have done various projects with these devices such as deploying a trained neural network model to run on a
Raspberry Pi3 in conjunection with Intel’s Neural Compute Stick. Have also worked 6+ months with the Arduino
Nano and Uno (that use the ATMega328P chip) for programming various devices, most recently being bluetooth
(HM-10) devices for talking to each other in a mesh network, through their GPIO pins.
