AGREEMENT

This is to certify that Jan Aubrey C. Rodriguez of Ilagan Subdivision, Calicanto, Batangas
City (Team Cavaliers) and Ruel C. Elido Jr. of Brgy. Milagrosa Project 4, Quezon City (Team
Warriors) have entered into an agreement regarding to their bet on the NBA Finals with
the following conditions:

1. If the Golden States Warriors wins the championship, one (1) bucket of chicken joy
(6 pcs) and one (1) Large Mintermelon Milk Tea will be given to Ruel C. Elido Jr.
2. If the Cleveland Cavaliers wins the championship, one (1) bucket of chicken joy (6
pcs) and one (1) Nestle Coffee Crumble Ice Cream 1.5L will be given to Jan Aubrey
C. Rodriguez.
