McKinneys

As a media special forces outfit, Whatcom Business Alliance (WBA) is a

public menace. The WBA director of communications, Laura McKinney–
formerly with the US Chamber of Commerce–should be socially ostracized.

McKinney, who on her candidate for Blaine School Board page highlighted
this, was never questioned by The Northern Light community news of Blaine
and Birch Bay about the US Chamber of Commerce connection, even though
it is well-known as anti-union, anti-occupational safety, anti-public health.

Her husband James is executive director of Common Threads Northwest–the

successor organization to the Whatcom Tea Party–a notoriously anti-Indian
organization, which makes them the ‘first family’ of organized bigotry.
