Head Brand Management and Marketing

SUNRISE BANK LIMITED is a fast growing “A” class commercial bank with diversified operations and expanding both in terms of reach and services. The bank
has been offering various regular and unique facilities/services to its customers. The well-being of customers are being attended to by all our branch offices,
including by a large pool of dedicated team in the Marketing Department. The bank desires to focus on continuous improvement in its brand value targeting
for a strategic growth with well defined plan and objectives. For the purpose it is looking for a competent person to lead its branding and marketing activities.
 
HEAD –BRAND MANAGEMENT AND MARKETING
POSITION PURPOSE: As the Head of Brand Management and Marketing, the successful candidate is expected to lead the development/undertaking lead role
in brand management, marketing and innovation activities, develop strategic assessments for brands /categories and manages the promotional activities

against operating plans and budgets, working closely with the rest of the marketing team to execute plans laddering up to the long-term brand strategies to
help drive growth.
 
Basic Qualifications
Masters’ degree preferably with Marketing major.
5 or more years of experience in a role supporting brand management and marketing.
Have innate qualities including but not limited to team player, positive attitude and strive for quality performance.
A  PRIOR EXPOSURE IN BANKING IS NOT MANDATORY.

Major Roles an Responsibility:


Head- Brand Management and Marketing will become an integral part of a Brand Team and assumes key brand responsibilities including advertising,
consumer promotion, market research, product/package improvements and a multitude of promotional projects and regular activities performed by the
Marketing Department.
The incumbent needs to be a highly motivated individual with strong analytical and interpersonal skills with keen marketing/consumer curiosity and leadership
skills to pursue each project with enthusiasm and passion.
In general, the responsibilities include the following:
Execution of breakthrough consumer programs i.e., implement retail customer promotional drives.
Evaluate creative ideas and thinking with a critical eye and understanding of the brand equity, vision and strategic priorities.
Research: Assist with the development and synthesis of research to inform strategic decisions about marketing tactics. Consistently seek to improve the
existing branding activities.
Collaboration & Integration: Partner with external agency partners to set communication strategies and develop advertising platforms/executions that
maximize brand values.
Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and manage marketing objectives, goals and strategies.
Product Innovation: - Leads the development of new products and product-related marketing opportunities, from concept to commercialization.
Analysis and Reporting: Assisting with the tracking and management of brand business performance. Analyze and report market and competitor trends to
identify core business threats / opportunities, working with division and market sales teams. Analyze and report key marketing metrics with a view to
strengthening marketing plan / activities for the future.
Interacts with all levels throughout organization including employees and outside customers
Manage advertisements
Grow and maintain relationships with corporate customers.
Maintain and improve bank’s website contents and social media presence.
Oversee, analyze and execute “Corporate Social Responsibility” activities throughout the country.
Follow and Guide regular activities of Call Center.
